Powers of Attorney

It is never too early to begin thinking about who you would like to manage your affairs and make decisions on your behalf, should you become incapable of doing so yourself. Having a Lasting Power of Attorney in place in respect of your property and financial affairs and health and welfare is something that we believe all of our clients should consider, irrespective of their age or current state of health. If you were to suddenly become unwell, it is important that you have a nominated person whom you trust in place to deal with the administrative aspects of your life which you may take for granted such as paying bills, collecting your pension and even your care arrangements.

Whilst this may seem daunting and whilst we do not like to think of ourselves as becoming incapable of managing our own affairs, our friendly and approachable team are available to discuss your options with you and help you make the decision that’s right for you and your individual circumstances.
